These terms and conditions and the Website Disclaimers apply to use of websites owned and/or operated by Valley View at Gouldings.  By accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by both these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Website Disclaimers. Please read through the Terms and Conditions carefully and then print a copy for future reference. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Website Disclaimers, You may not use or access this Website.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Terms and Conditions apply only to ticket purchases made on our website.  Any reference to 'Website' is to a Website owned and operated by Valley View at Gouldings. 'We, Us, Our, Ourselves' means Valley View at Gouldings. 'You, Your, Yourself' means the person who uses the Website.

Your event ticket is issued subject to the terms and conditions of the event. Full details are available on the event website.

Tickets purchased on our website or websites owned and/or managed by us will be subject to a non-refundable booking fee which is retained by the ticket provider.

Tickets cannot be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written permission is given by us.

We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

For information about any purchase you have made, contact us, quoting your order number shown on your order confirmation.

It is your responsibility to check your event tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of event tickets that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price (and credit or debit your account as applicable) or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, you agree that we may treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel after you have already paid the incorrect ticket price for the tickets, you will receive a full refund from us.

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by us for a variety of reasons. Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular event, if an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered sessions at another time providing there is availability. If the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a refund will be processed. Please note any refunds given will not include the booking fee.

Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All terms and conditions are governed by Scottish Law and any disputes arising out of any transaction with us are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Adventure Park Memberships

Booking is advised via our website – valleyview@gouldings.com

Although you can visit without booking, we advise you book to guarantee entry in particular at busier times, for example in the Summer or when we run special events like Easter and Halloween.

There is a charge of £1.50 per booking, this is retained by our booking provider.

More than 1 date can be booked per order.

Dates can be amended up to and including the day of your booking by logging into your account. A fee of £1.50 will apply.

Memberships cards admit the named person only to Valley View at Goulding’s during normal opening hours and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Memberships are not for resale and are non-transferrable.

Memberships cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or event.

Lost Memberships can be replaced at a cost of £5 each.

Refunds will not be issued for Memberships.

An image of the member is required and will be taken on your first visit if it hasn’t been uploaded at the time of purchase. 

Park opening times are Spring till October (exact dates may vary)

Valley View at Goulding’s reserves the right to add extra excluded dates at any time.

Valley View at Goulding’s reserve the right to withdraw a Membership or refuse renewal at any time.

Limited attractions are not included in the Membership.

Some attractions may only be available on peak days.

Valley View at Goulding’s reserves the right to add extra excluded dates at any time.

Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Valley View at Goulding’s reserves the right to close to the public, withdraw any attraction, alter times, prices, events or services and procedures without notice.

All Memberships remain the property of Valley View at Goulding’s and can be withdrawn in the event of fraud and/or misuse and /or misbehaviour.  This includes, but is not limited to, allowing a third party to attempt access to Valley View at Goulding’s with a Membership of which they are not the valid holder.

Any misconduct towards our staff will result in Membership being terminated.

Any changes to Terms and Conditions will be sent to Members via email.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – Adventure Park Parties

By booking a party at Valley View at Goulding’s Adventure Park, you accept the following conditions. Please take the time to read the following carefully.

Parties must be paid in full at the time of booking via our website/online system.

As the Park is open 10am - 5pm, you can arrive at a preferred chosen time and your stay is unlimited. This will be discussed when we call 1 weeks prior to your booking.

Party Package - Includes the reserved seating area with tables and catering for the children in the party. A minimum of 15 children is required to book. 

Children must be supervised at all times by the organiser and adults attending and ensure all party children are collected by their parent or guardian at the end of the party time. Adventure Park staff are not responsible for this. The organiser is also responsible to check that the area is vacated with all belongings at the end of the allocated time.  

Only table decorations are permitted. This excludes table confetti, wall banners, spray foam, poppers and streamers.

In the event of you wishing to cancel the party we require 7 days’ notice and you will be given the option to reschedule. If this is not possible, you can cancel the party and request a refund. Please note that 25% of your full payment is non-refundable.

If anyone in your household becomes unwell at the last minute, we will do our best to reschedule your party on an alternative day.

Party packages do not include entry to the Soft Play. 

Occasionally events are cancelled for a variety of reasons. Valley View at Goulding’s reserves the right to cancel without notice with a full refund given.
